I Make Buying A Home or Selling a Home Easy in Ocala Florida

Hello All:

I Make Buying A Home or Selling a Home Easy in Ocala Florida

When you go to purchase or sell a home you can have up to 30 pages or more in your  purchase contracts that you will need to date, sign, and initial.  I’m one of the very few Realtors who pays for electronic signing of documents.   This means I can send your contracts by email and all you have to do is click to date, sign, and initial.   Isn’t that better than printing all the documents, physically signing every page, and then having to fax or scan all that paperwork back.  I have found many buyers’s or sellers  have to run down to the nearest office supply store to use a fax machine or make a trip into the office to sign.   All that hassle is avoidable when you work with me as your Realtor.

All my buyer’s receive a copy of the purchase contract in my buyer’s package.  We review the purchase contract before they buy.  When my buyer is ready to purchase they know what their signing and have it easy.  My sellers only need to open their email, click and their done.   The other great benefit of using electronic documents is that the documents are legible and acceptable to all parties.  If a buyer is financing the bank must have a legible contract.   I have had Realtors send me back contracts that no one can read and quit frankly I send them back and tell them they are unacceptable.   Never accept a contract you can’t read as it’s not a legal document.  If your Realtor passes onto you an illegible contract don’t accept it and shame on them.
